New Jersey IFSA — Child Support Enforcement Transmittal #1 — Acknowledgment is a form used by the New Jersey Department of Human Services and the Division of Child Support Services (CSS) to acknowledge receipt of a Uniform Interstate Family Support Act (IFSA) child support enforcement case. This form is used to inform the initiating state of the case that the responding state has received the case and has accepted it for processing. There are two types of New Jersey IFSA — Child Support Enforcement Transmittal #1 — Acknowledgment forms: 1IFSASA Transmittal #1 — Acknowledgment of Referral/Initiating Petition 2. IFSA Transmittal #1 — Acknowledgment of Response/Answer/Counterclaim.
