Description

Endorsement

New Hampshire Endorsement is an additional qualification that can be earned by real estate professionals who are licensed in the state of New Hampshire. It is awarded by the New Hampshire Real Estate Commission after the successful completion of an approved course. This endorsement allows real estate professionals to expand the scope of their practice and offer additional services, such as property inspections, to their clients. There are three types of New Hampshire Endorsement: Home Inspector, Property Inspector, and Radon Measurement Technician. The Home Inspector Endorsement allows real estate professionals to provide home inspection services, while the Property Inspector Endorsement allows them to inspect residential and commercial properties. The Radon Measurement Technician Endorsement allows real estate professionals to measure and evaluate the presence of radon gas in homes and commercial properties.
