New Hampshire Articles of Domestication is a legal document that is filed with the New Hampshire Secretary of State in order for a business entity to obtain authority to transact business in New Hampshire. This document is required for any business entity that is not originally domiciled in New Hampshire, but wishes to obtain authority to transact business in the state. The document must include the name of the business entity, the jurisdiction where it is originally domiciled, the name of the registered agent in New Hampshire, and the purpose of the entity. There are two types of New Hampshire Articles of Domestication, one for corporations and one for limited liability companies.
