New Hampshire Form D-3 Abandonment of Domestication is a form used to officially dissolve a foreign business entity that has been domesticated in the state of New Hampshire. The form must be signed by all officers of the business entity and filed with the New Hampshire Secretary of State. It must include information such as the company name, jurisdiction of origin, and date of domestication in New Hampshire. There are two types of New Hampshire Form D-3 Abandonment of Domestication: Form D-3A for Corporations, and Form D-3B for Limited Liability Companies. Both forms must be accompanied by a filing fee of $100.
