The Nebraska Worksheet — Divorce With Children is a legal document used by the state of Nebraska to calculate alimony, child support, and other financial responsibilities when two parties are going through a divorce and have children. This worksheet is used to determine the amount of financial support each party will pay and/or receive based on a variety of factors, such as income, assets, liabilities, and expenses. The worksheet consists of two parts—Part A and Part B. Part A calculates a parent’s basic financial responsibility, while Part B determines a parent’s additional financial responsibility. There are three different versions of the Nebraska Worksheet — Divorce With Children, depending on the number of children involved: one-child worksheet, two-child worksheet, and three-or-more-child worksheet.
