UNIFORM PROFESSIONAL FUNDRAISER SURETY BOND The North Dakota UNIFORM PROFESSIONAL FUNDRAISER SURETY BOND is a form of surety bond required by the state of North Dakota for all professional fundraising companies and their employees. This bond is in place to ensure that all funds raised by professional fundraisers are properly managed and accounted for.
