Montana Mont. LBF 9-A. TRUSTEE'S CONSENT TO CREDITOR'S MOTION TO MODIFY STAY [MONT. LB 4001(a) is a form used by the trustee in a bankruptcy case to consent to a creditor's motion to modify the automatic stay. The automatic stay is an injunction that halts all collection activities against the debtor. The creditor may request a modification of the stay if it needs to proceed with a collection action that could otherwise be prevented by the stay. The trustee's consent is required in order for the court to grant the motion. There are two versions of this form: one for individual debtors and one for business debtors.
