Montana Mont. LBF 8. MOTION TO MODIFY STAY; AND NOTICE [MONT. LB 4001-1(a)] is a form used by a party to a case when they wish to modify the stay of a case. It is a legal document that must be filed with the court in order to request the modification of the stay. The form is composed of two parts: the motion to modify the stay and the notice of motion. The motion sets out the reasons for the modification and includes facts supporting the motion. The notice informs the other parties of the motion and includes the date, time, and place of the hearing. It must be served on the other parties at least 10 days before the hearing.
