Montana Mont. LBF 11. NOTICE of TRUSTEE'S INTENT TO ABANDON PROPERTY; AND NOTICE [MONT. LB 6007-1] is a notice that is sent by a Trustee to a debtor to let them know that the Trustee intends to abandon the property. This notice is sent when the Trustee has determined that the property is of no value or that the Trustee does not wish to pursue the recovery of the property.
