Missouri Satisfaction of Judgment — Small Claims Court is an agreement that is filed when a party has received payment on a judgment in a small claims court case. It is a document that is filed with the court to show that the judgment has been satisfied. The satisfaction of judgment must be filed by the creditor or the party who received the judgment in the case. The satisfaction of judgment must include the name of the parties, the amount of the judgment, and the date the judgment was satisfied. There are two types of Missouri Satisfaction of Judgment — Small Claims Court: Full Satisfaction and Partial Satisfaction. Full Satisfaction is when the full amount of the judgment has been paid and the creditor wishes to have the judgment removed from their records. Partial Satisfaction is when the creditor has received a partial payment of the judgment, and the judgment remains on the creditor’s records until the full amount is paid.
