Michigan Expedited Service Request is a process by which Michiganders can request expedited services from state and local government agencies. The process allows users to submit online requests for faster processing of services such as driver’s license renewal, birth certificate issuance, and other vital documents. Michigan Expedited Service Requests are divided into two categories: Priority and Emergency. Priority requests are those that require a response within 3-5 business days, while Emergency requests require an immediate response. Requests can be made by individuals, with the assistance of a government agency representative, or by an authorized representative on behalf of an individual. Priority and Emergency requests are both accepted online and via telephone.
