This notification is used when a dispute is resolved through arbitration and an award is issued by the arbitrator(s). The Massachusetts Notification of Arbitration Award is issued by the arbitrator and filed with the Massachusetts court system. The notification outlines the terms of the award and the parties’ obligations in accordance with the terms of the award.
