Massachusetts Acknowledgment of Satisfaction of Judgment is a legal document used by a debtor when they have fully repaid a judgment debt to a creditor in the state. This document is filed with the court, and when the court approves it, the judgment is officially satisfied and the debt is no longer owed by the debtor. There are two types of Massachusetts Acknowledgment of Satisfaction of Judgment. The first type is the "Acknowledgment of Satisfaction of Judgment in Full" which is used when a debtor has paid the full amount of the judgment debt. The second type is the "Acknowledgment of Partial Satisfaction of Judgment" which is used when a debtor has only partially paid the judgment debt.
