The system is provided by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky. There are two types of Kentucky Bankruptcy Notice Provider Applications: the Electronic Bankruptcy Noticing (Ben) system and the Bankruptcy Noticing and Administration (BNA) system. The Ben system allows creditors to register and receive notices electronically, while the BNA system provides the same services as Ben but also offers the ability to electronically file claims in bankruptcy cases.
