Individuals who are eligible for this type of expungement are not required to file a request. Judicial Expungement: This type of expungement is available to individuals who have been convicted of a non-violent juvenile delinquent offense and may have been convicted of another offense since. Individuals who are eligible for this type of expungement must file a request.
