The Registered Agent is an individual or business entity that is responsible for receiving and delivering legal documents to the Limited Liability Company (LLC). The form must be completed and filed with the Florida Department of State’s Division of Corporations. There are two types of Florida Resignation of Registered Agent For A Limited Liability Company: voluntary and involuntary.
