The District of Columbia RA-2 Statement of Registered Agents Resignation is a form that is used when a registered agent in the District of Columbia resigns from their position. It is filed with the District of Columbia Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs (DORA). The form is used to notify the DORA that the registered agent is no longer able to fulfill their role and responsibilities and is resigning from their position. The form must be signed by the registered agent and the principal (entity they are representing). There are two types of District of Columbia RA-2 Statement of Registered Agents Resignation: the RA-2A, which is used when the registered agent is resigning from a single entity, and the RA-2B, which is used when the registered agent is resigning from multiple entities.
