This document must be filed with the court and served on all other parties to the case. The document is required to be signed and dated by the party or their attorney. There are two types of California Withdrawal of Consent to Electronic Service — Electronic Filing and Service: (1) Withdrawal of Consent to Electronic Service — Electronic Filing and Service of Documents, which revokes the previously granted consent for documents to be served electronically; and (2) Withdrawal of Consent to Electronic Service — Electronic Filing of Documents, which revokes the previously granted consent for documents to be filed electronically.
