Description

An accredited investor subscription agreement is a contract between a company and a private investor that facilitates the sell of company stock. Per the agreement, the private investor agrees to buy a predetermined number of shares in the company at a set price. Before signing the agreement, companies typically ask investors to fill out a form that shows why they are suited to purchase the group of shares in the company. The accredited investor subscription agreement can also be used to facilitate the sell of stock in a private business. Essentially, the agreement exists to put into writing how many shares ae being sold and at what price. It also helps companies keep accurate records of how many shares have been sold and at what price.
