Alaska Articles of Amendment (Domestic Professional Corporation) is a legal document that must be filed with the state of Alaska to make changes to an existing Alaska Professional Corporation. It is used to update the Articles of Incorporation with any changes in the company's information, including the company's name, registered agent, and officers. It must be signed and notarized by the corporation's registered agent and its officers. There are two types of Alaska Articles of Amendment (Domestic Professional Corporation): Amendment of Articles of Incorporation and Amendment of Bylaws. The Amendment of Articles of Incorporation is used to make changes to the company's name, registered agent, and/or officers. The Amendment of Bylaws is used to make changes to the company's internal rules and regulations.
