North Dakota CERT of NOMINATION PRES ELECTORS USED POLITICAL PARTY IN ND is a process by which political parties in North Dakota nominate candidates for President of the United States. The major political parties in the state of North Dakota submit a list of electors to the Secretary of State. These electors are pledged to the party's presidential candidate and are known as the party's presidential electors. When a voter casts their ballot for a specific party's presidential candidate, they are also selecting the electors associated with that party. The number of electors allotted to each party is based on the number of congressional districts in the state. On Election Day, the electors chosen by the voters cast their ballots for the party's presidential candidate, and the candidate who receives the majority of the electoral votes is declared the winner. There are two types of North Dakota CERT of NOMINATION PRES ELECTORS USED POLITICAL PARTY IN ND: the Democratic Party and the Republican Party.
