Purpose: To freeze the application tax year Limited Property Value (LPV) of the primary residence owned by seniors based on income, age, and residency. It is important to note that this program does not freeze your property taxes; it freezes the taxable portion of your property value.

Maricopa County Recorder's Office has two full service offices to record your quitclaim deed. The main office is located in downtown Phoenix. The Southeast office is in Mesa, Arizona.
Recording Requirements Each document must have original signatures or carbon copies of original signatures, except when otherwise provided by law. Each document must be no larger than 8 1/2 inches wide by 14 inches long, and shall have a print size no smaller than ten point type.

To locate a copy of your deed, search using your last name and first name. If you know when you recorded your document, you can use the dates to narrow your search.
