8BENE. The purpose of the 8BENE formthe Certificate of Foreign Status of Beneficial Owner for United States Tax ithholding and Reportingis for foreign entities, not individual workers. If the country of residence has a tax treaty with the US, the foreign business can claim a tax reduction.
If the owner of the disregarded entity is a foreign person, the owner must complete an appropriate Form W-8 instead of a Form W-9.

W-8EXP and W-8IMY are usually valid indefinitely provided that the information doesn't change.

Don't abbreviate the country name. Follow the country's practice for entering the postal code and the name of the province, county, or state.
