Application for Texas Title and/or Registration, Title Transfer (Form-130-U)
Form 130-U The application is used by the County Tax Assessor-Collector (CTAC) and the Comptroller's office to calculate the amount of motor vehicle tax due. The application includes a motor vehicle tax statement section to document the following: the motor vehicle sales tax due on a Texas sale of a motor vehicle.
Application for Utah Title – Form TC-656, Application for Utah Title must be completed by the new vehicle owners. This may be completed at the DMV at the time of transfer. Transfer Without a Title If you've recently moved to Utah, and your certificate of title is being held by an out-of-state leasing company or lien holder, you will not be required to acquire the certificate of title in order to transfer your vehicle registration to Utah.

To transfer an Out-of-State titled vehicle, bring in or mail the following to our offices: Out of State title, signed and dated by the seller(s) and buyer(s). To claim the vehicle and title it as your own, you'll need to contact the local law enforcement agency that has jurisdiction in that area, and tell them where the vehicle is located. You also have to fill out an Abandoned Vehicle Form.
