Cancellation of Certificate Wyoming Cancellation of Certificate is a process in which an existing Wyoming Certificate of Authority is canceled, withdrawn, or revoked. This process is usually initiated by the business itself, either through the Wyoming Secretary of State or the Wyoming Department of Revenue. There are two types of Wyoming Cancellation of Certificate: voluntary and involuntary. Voluntary Cancellation occurs when the business itself voluntarily chooses to cancel its Wyoming Certificate of Authority.
