Wyoming MCP 16. Visitation Order for Guardianship is a court-approved visitation order that outlines the rights and responsibilities of both the guardian and the ward regarding visitation. This order includes the terms and conditions of visitation, including the days, times, and duration of visits, as well as any restrictions or limitations that must be observed. It also includes the right of the guardian to deny visitation on reasonable grounds. There are two types of Wyoming MCP 16. Visitation Order for Guardianship: Non-Supervised Visitation and Supervised Visitation. Non-Supervised Visitation is the standard visitation order and allows the ward to visit with the guardian without supervision. Supervised Visitation requires the ward to be supervised by an approved individual or agency during visits with the guardian.
