Wyoming EC VSP 22. Pretrial Disclosures are documents exchanged between parties involved in a civil case prior to trial. These documents are exchanged as part of the pretrial discovery process in order to provide the parties with information relevant to the case. The documents exchanged include pleadings, interrogatories, requests for production of documents, requests for admissions, and deposition notices. Additionally, the Wyoming EC VSP 22. Pretrial Disclosures may include requests for medical records and expert witness disclosure. The purpose of the exchange is to ensure that all parties have access to the same information and are able to adequately prepare for trial.
