ECVSP 10. Initial Disclosures Wyoming EC VSP 10. Initial Disclosures are documents required by the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) in order to obtain an Environmental Compliance and Voluntary Stewardship Program (EC VSP) permit. They provide information about the facility, activities, practices, and potential environmental impacts of the project. The documents come in two types: an Initial Disclosure (ID) and an Administrative Review (AR). The ID includes information about the applicant, the project, the proposed activities, any potential impacts, and the applicant’s proposed mitigation measures. The AR includes information about the applicant's compliance history, any environmental concerns, and any additional information needed to complete the permitting process. Both documents must be completed and submitted to the DEQ for review prior to the issuance of the permit.
