Wisconsin Domestic Limited Liability Partnership Statement of Qualification is a document that is required to be filed with the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions in order to officially qualify a domestic Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) to operate in the state of Wisconsin. The LLP must provide the required information about its formation, partners, and registered agent, as well as any other applicable information in order to be properly qualified. The statement must be signed by all partners or their authorized representatives and filed with the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions. There are two types of Wisconsin Domestic Limited Liability Partnership Statement of Qualification: Initial Statement of Qualification and Amendment of Statement of Qualification.
