Washington Workplace Violence: Awareness and Prevention for Employers and Employees is a program designed to help employers and employees recognize, prevent, and respond to workplace violence. It is an educational and training program that provides employers and employees with the knowledge and skills necessary to identify and prevent violence in the workplace, as well as to respond appropriately to any incidents that do occur. Washington Workplace Violence: Awareness and Prevention for Employers and Employees consists of four key components: recognizing signs of potential violence, assessing the risk of violence, implementing prevention strategies, and responding to incidents of workplace violence. There are various types of Washington Workplace Violence: Awareness and Prevention for Employers and Employees, such as Bullying, Harassment, Domestic Violence, Substance Abuse, Threatening Behaviors, and Stalking.
