Washington WISH 10 for Agriculture Workers — Training for Trainers (TOT) is a 10-hour training program designed to provide Washington State trainers with the knowledge and skills they need to teach safety and health topics to agricultural workers. This program meets the requirements of the Washington Industrial Safety and Health Act (WISH) and is hosted by the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries (L&I). The program is divided into three modules: Module 1 covers general safety and health topics, Module 2 covers Hazards and Prevention, and Module 3 covers Legal Requirements and Resources.
