Washington WISH 10 for Agriculture Training of Trainers (TOT) is an online training program developed and maintained by the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries (L&I) to help agricultural employers, supervisors, and workers understand and comply with the state’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards. The program consists of 10 modules covering topics such as safety and health hazards, personal protective equipment, hazard communication, and workplace safety. Each module includes detailed information and interactive activities such as quizzes, case studies, and videos. There are three distinct types of Washington WISH 10 for Agriculture Training of Trainers (TOT): WISH 10 for Agriculture Level 1, WISH 10 for Agriculture Level 2, and WISH 10 for Agriculture Level 3. Level 1 is designed for supervisors, Level 2 is designed for experienced agricultural workers, and Level 3 is designed for agricultural employers. Each level consists of 10 modules that cover the most important safety and health topics for agricultural workers.
