A Washington Certificate of Defendants Criminal History (WCCC) is an official document issued by the Washington State Patrol criminal records division. It is a comprehensive criminal record of an individual, including all convictions, dismissals, and other dispositions in any court within the state of Washington. The certificate includes detailed information such as the name of the defendant, date of birth, charges, court of record, disposition, sentencing details, and any other relevant information. There are three types of WCCC: the standard WCCC, the WCCC with limited information, and the WCCC with all information. The standard WCCC is the most commonly used and provides the most accurate and up-to-date criminal history information. The WCCC with limited information is used for employment or licensing purposes and includes only information relevant to the inquiry. The WCCC with all information is a complete criminal history, including dismissed and expunged cases, and is available to law enforcement officers and other state agencies.
