Washington Infraction Discovery Requests are written requests for evidence, documents, or witness statements related to an infraction case in Washington State. These requests are used by the defense in order to obtain evidence that may be beneficial to the case. There are two types of Washington Infraction Discovery Requests: Pre-Trial Discovery Requests and Post-Trial Discovery Requests. Pre-Trial Discovery Requests are used to gather information before the trial begins. Post-Trial Discovery Requests are used to gather information after the trial has concluded. Both types of requests can be used to uncover evidence that can be used to prove innocence or mitigate the consequences of an infraction.
