Virginia Transcript Order — AO435Note: Do not use for cases on appeal. Is a document used to order transcripts from the Virginia Court System. It is used to request transcripts of court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and other proceedings. The order must be accompanied by a check or money order for the amount of the transcript and is typically sent directly to the court clerk or recorder. The order must provide the court name, case number, and the names of the parties involved. It also includes a detailed description of the transcript that is needed. There are two types of Virginia Transcript Order: AO435-A, which requests a basic transcript of the proceedings; and AO435-B, which requests a full transcript that includes any exhibits and hearing transcripts. Both types must be signed by the requesting party.
