The Utah Application For Reservation of Business Name is a simple way to reserve the right to use a specific business name. This application is available to anyone who wants to register a business name with the Utah Department of Commerce. The application must be completed in full and must include the desired business name, the business’s purpose, the applicant’s name and contact information, and the fee for the application.
