18 U.S.C. Sec. Sec. 2252A(A)(6)(A), (B) AND (C) provide for criminal sanctions for providing child pornography to a minor. Section (A) prohibits the knowing transfer of child pornography with the intent to entice or encourage a minor to engage in criminal sexual activity. Section (B) prohibits the knowing transfer of child pornography with the intent to persuade, induce, entice, or coerce a minor into engaging in sexually explicit conduct. Section (C) prohibits the knowing transfer of child pornography with the intent to deceive a minor into believing that the material is something other than child pornography. All three sections provide for criminal penalties for those who violate them.
