It is defined as the knowing and intentional sexual abuse of a minor, including penetration of the genitalia or anus, or the intentional touching of genitalia or anus of a minor. It also includes the intentional causing of bodily injury to a minor, including death, while engaging in sexual abuse of a minor. There are three types of 18 U.S.C. Sexual Abuse by Coercion: This includes the use of psychological pressure, threats, or intimidation to engage in sexual contact with a minor. 3. Sexual Abuse by Incest: This includes sexual contact between a minor and an adult who is related to the minor by blood or marriage.
