Jury Questions are questions posed by a judge to a jury panel during the jury selection process in a court trial. The purpose of these questions is to determine the qualifications of potential jurors, their opinions and biases, and to ensure that they can remain impartial in the case. There are two types of Jury Questions: void dire and special jury questions. Void dire questions are used to identify those who may be biased or otherwise unqualified to serve on a jury, while special jury questions are used to determine the jurors' understanding and possible biases about the case.
