Schedule H: Your Codebtors (individuals) is a form used by people filing for bankruptcy in the United States. It is used to list the names and addresses of all of a debtor's creditors, including secured and unsecured creditors. Furthermore, it is important to list all of a debtor's creditors on Schedule H in order to ensure that all the debts are discharged in the bankruptcy process.
