A Request for Removal from Service List (RRL) is a request made by an individual asking to be removed from a list of services or offerings. This type of request is often used by organizations to ensure that only those who have expressed an interest in their services are included on their service list. There are two types of RRL: proactive and reactive. A proactive RRL is a request made before an individual has been added to the service list. This type of request is typically made when an individual opts out of a service or declines an offer. A reactive RRL is a request made after an individual has been added to the service list. This request is typically made when an individual wishes to be removed from the service list and no longer receive services or offers from the organization. In both cases, an RRL must be completed by the individual in order to be removed from the service list. The request must include the individual's name, address, and contact information, as well as the reason for the removal. Upon receiving a valid RRL, the organization must promptly remove the individual from the service list.
