Acceptance of Suggestion of Employee is a process by which an organization evaluates and responds to the suggestions put forward by its employees. This is done to ensure that the organization is open to suggestions and is taking steps to enable individuals to contribute to the improvement of the organization. The organization can accept the suggestion, reject the suggestion, or take some other action based on the suggestion. There are two types of Acceptance of Suggestion of Employee: 1. Monetary Acceptance: This type of acceptance of suggestion involves the organization rewarding the employee for the suggestion with a monetary incentive. 2. Non-Monetary Acceptance: This type of acceptance of suggestion involves the organization rewarding the employee for the suggestion with non-monetary incentives such as recognition or promotion.
