Description
This construction and maintenance easement is made between two adjacent property owners. One property owner wants to construct a building in close proximity to the property line. The other property owner agrees to grant an easement on their property for the purpose of performing construction, repairs and maintenance on their property. This is a perpetual nonexclusive easement in favor of the Grantee over and across the adjacent portion of the Grantor's property.
