Texas Debtor's Electronic Noticing Request (Debt) is an online service offered by the Texas Office of Court Administration which allows debtors to receive electronic notices of court proceedings related to their case. This service provides the ability to receive electronic notifications of court filings, orders, and judgments, eliminating the need for debtors to check the clerk's office for updates. Debt offers two types of notices: automated notices and manual notices. Automated notices are sent out immediately when the court files a document in the case, while manual notices are sent out when the debtor requests them. Debt also provides a secure online portal for debtors to view their case information, as well as a mobile application for easy access.
