Texas Application For Subpoena is a legal document used to compel a witness to appear in court to provide testimony or produce documents. It is issued by the court and directed to the individual or entity that must comply with the subpoena. There are two types of Texas Application For Subpoena — subpoena ad testificandum and subpoena duces tecum. Subpoena ad testificandum requires a witness to appear in court to provide verbal testimony. Subpoena duces tecum requires a witness to appear in court and bring with them relevant documents and/or other evidence.
