Texas Motion For Appointment of Counsel is a legal document used to request court-appointed counsel for an indigent defendant in criminal proceedings in the state of Texas. This motion must be filled out and filed with the court prior to the start of trial. The court will then review the motion and make a determination whether to grant or deny the motion. There are four types of Texas Motion for Appointment of Counsel. These include: 1. Motion for Appointment of Court-Appointed Counsel for an Indigent Defendant; 2.
