Tennessee Score Facial Revive is a legal action by which a judgment creditor may attempt to collect judgment from a judgment debtor when the original judgment has become dormant or unenforceable. The creditor may revive the judgment by filing a score facial in the court where the original judgment was entered. There are two types of Tennessee Score Facial Revive: a Tenn. R. CIV. P. 60.02 score facial and a Tenn. Code Ann. § 20-2-101scoreefacialsTennisv. P. 60.02 score facial revives a judgment for the period of the statute of limitations, plus an additional 60 days, and a Tenn. Code Ann. § 20-2-101scoreefacials revives a judgment for the period of the statute of limitations, plus an additional five years. Both types of score facial may be used to obtain a judgment lien against the judgment debtor's real and personal property.
