Tennessee 40-32-101(g) Expungement Packet Criminal is a packet of forms used to apply for expungement of an individual's criminal record in Tennessee. The packet consists of four forms: the Expungement Petition, the Order of Expungement, the Certificate of Eligibility, and the Petition for Expungement of Records. The Petition and Order forms must be completed and filed with the court in the jurisdiction where the conviction occurred. The Certificate of Eligibility must be completed and submitted to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation. The Petition for Expungement of Records is used to request a court order to expunge records from any other agency that may have them. If approved, these forms will allow the individual to have the criminal record erased from public records. There are two types of Tennessee 40-32-101(g) Expungement Packet Criminal: Full Expungement and Partial Expungement.
