The South Dakota Nonstick Application for Certificate of Authority is a form issued by the South Dakota Secretary of State that allows a nonstick, nonprofit corporation to operate in the state. It is used to apply for a Certificate of Authority from the Secretary of State which grants legal recognition to the nonstick corporation. The application must be signed by the corporation’s registered agent and filed with the Secretary of State. There are two types of South Dakota Nonstick Application for Certificate of Authority: the Articles of Incorporation form and the Foreign Corporation Qualification form. The Articles of Incorporation form is used to form a new nonstick, nonprofit corporation in South Dakota. The Foreign Corporation Qualification form is used by a nonstick corporation that has been formed in another state to register and operate in South Dakota.
