The types of South Carolina ENGAGING IN THE BUSINESS OF SELLING OR TRANSFERRING OBSCENE MATTER include: • Selling obscene material to minors; • Distributing obscene material in public places; • Posting obscene material in public places; • Displaying obscene material in public view; • Distributing obscene material through the mail or other delivery service; • Engaging in the business of selling or transferring obscene material; • Possessing obscene material with the intent to sell or transfer it; and • Advertising obscene material.
